To prevent operator fraud, you may want to configure POS to require patron order approval.
- In POS Designer, select your Customer Display Profile.
- Select Prompt for Order Approval.
- In Workstation maintenance, ensure that Customer Monitor is Touch Enabled is selected.
- In system settings, set the security level for overriding the order-approval prompt.
- 0: Highest security
- 9: Lowest security
- 99: No security
All order approval actions and outcomes (including when the prompt is overridden) are recorded in the User Log (also known as the Audit Log), which can be viewed in the POS Session form.
