Cinema budgets

Load and maintain budget information in Head Office with Cinema Budgets. You can find Cinema Budgets in Head Office > Maintenance > Cinema Budgets.

You can import budget information from CSV, copied from the last year, or manually entered. Two system settings are relevant to how Cinema Budget maintenance functions:

• BudgetEntryMode - determines which columns in the grid are available for data entry. The options are Box Office and Concessions Revenue or ATP and CPP.
• BudgetDailyBreakdown - determines how a week's revenue is broken down on a daily basis so that accurate daily figures can be calculated.

Note: You can also use Cinema Budgets in Horizon and Oneview for analysis purposes.
