Automatically calculate the following POS KPI targets from a Head Office Budget:

• Spend per Head (Gross)
• Spend per Head (Net)

You must chose one budget to use for KPI targets, for each cinema and year. The chosen budget will be downloaded to the cinema.

Steps

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > Budgets.
2. Double-click the budget that you want to use to calculate POS KPIs.
3. In the Budget form, select Download to Cinema.
4. Click Save.
