Site Finance Review

Site Finance Review allows Cinema daily performance details to be displayed for review. Access to financial information posted from all sites is available from this program, and adjustments can be made from the financial forms if necessary. Financial information is accessed when opening the Site General Ledger application through the Site Finance Review application.

Data can be displayed either for multiple cinemas or for a single specified cinema, and comparisons for a date showing cinema performance can be made. The cinema status is shown for each returned financial row. See below for the different fields displayed for either multiple cinemas, or single cinema data:

Columns to show or hide can be selected by right-clicking anywhere in the grid and hovering over the Show/Hide Columns option to display a list of columns to show or hide. This allows customisation of required figures to display.

The ribbon provides grid display options and tools. Data can be displayed for many cinemas on a single business date or for a single cinema across a date range.

Note: The ribbon changes depending on whether Multiple Cinemas or Single Cinema is selected from the Display section.
