Selecting a Business Date on the Site General Ledger

General Ledger financial information for a Cinema on the business date selected will be displayed.

Enter a date or select one using the calendar on the Business Date section of the ribbon.

Use arrow buttons to navigate to different dates. Use the single arrows to move forward or backwards by one day. Use the double arrows to move forward or backwards by one week. Yesterday can be clicked to make the date selection to yesterdays date.

When the display date is changed, the Refresh button must be clicked to update the application.

Note: If the Site General Ledger application is accessed through the Site Financial Review application, the Business Date will already be filled with the date of the financial record selecting in the Site Financial Review application.
