You can use Stock Movement Inquiry (in Head Office maintenance) to view stock movement and make corrections remotely per site. This enables an audit team to process data quickly and efficiently without delay.
By default, Stock Movement Inquiry will display one month's worth of stock movement data up to the current date.
- When you first open the module, select the appropriate site to view data.
- When you open it next, the site will be pre-populated where stock movement was last viewed.
- You can view details on stock movement (excluding sales and usage of components) filtered by item, item class, reference number, stock location and transaction type.
There are several ways stock movements can be added:

Add Adjustment | Stock Adjustment | Enables stock movement data to be increased or decreased due to various reasons such as wastage or transfers to or from other locations or cinemas on the circuit. |
Add Receipt | Stock Receipt | Enables amendments to be made to the way stock was received. |
Add Items Made in Advance | Items Made | Enables stock movement data for items made in advance to be stock to be increased or decreased. |
When a stock movement is added, sites can see the changes immediately. When a change is made, the stock count will be incorrect due to the stock movement entered at Head Office. However, this will be corrected automatically by a stock variance when the manager next completes a stock take.
Note: Only one user profile and workstation can be used for stock remote audit. Remote stock audits can't be completed at the site if a User for Stock Remote Audit and Workstation for Remote Stock Audit isn't specified.
