Remembering data filter settings for Linking and Site Variable Data

Save your favourite view in the Linking and Site Variable Data records (Head Office > Maintenance).

1. In Linking and Site Variable Data, filter information using the Home grid.
2. Click Save on the Settings ribbon to save the filter settings.

These filter settings will be remembered and automatically loaded next time the application is launched.

Note: When changing filters and other information, the grid may become greyed out and inactive. This indicates that a refresh is required. Click the Refresh button in the Data section of the ribbon.
