You can modify Films and Concession Items their maintenance form records in Head Office > Maintenance. Only default data can be managed in the relevant maintenance forms. Site variable data must be managed in the grid.

Editing Films and Concessions

A direct link is provided to these two maintenance forms from the Linking and Site Variable Data records in Head Office > Maintenance. Clicking on the heading of a Film or Concession Item will open the appropriate maintenance form record. Alterations can be saved and the changes will be reflected in the grid.

Altering Film and Concession Site Variable Data

Film and Concession data can be entered directly into the grid for specific Cinemas/Cinema Groups, and the data may vary between these. Depending on the type of field, data entry may be typing of text, numbers or a selection with a dropdown list.

When data is altered in the grid, the cell will have a red border surrounding. This will indicate that data has changed and saving is required. The cell will return to normal after the grid has been saved.

Note: Changing data in the grid requires a save of the data only. Use the Save button in the Data section of the ribbon. Do not use the Save button on the Settings ribbon tab, this is for display setting saves.
