Setting the status of a linked film or item

To enable improved head office control of the availability of films and items at cinema, you can set the Status of Films and Items in Linking and Site Variable Data (Head Office > Maintenance).

The Status field allows Head Office users to set films or items as Active or Inactive. Inactive films cannot be scheduled and inactive items cannot be sold.

The status of each record is updated at the linked cinema when changes are downloaded from Head Office.
