Processing tips at POS

Updates to card tips, cash tips, or Tips Out must be processed in order to be saved.

1. Press Process Tips. Each line in the table will be processed.
2. Select any lines with errors to review the reason in the information panel at the bottom of the form. For example: Insufficient funds to process tip update.
3. When there are no more tips to process, the Process Tips button will change to Exit. Press to exit the Tips screen and return to POS.

   Note: If tips were updated as part of the Cash Up process, the Cash Up Slip will automatically be printed with tips data.

4. The credit card authorisation associated with each transaction is used to update the amount charged.
