Rules in Loyalty

Rules are used to calculate the members that are eligible to be included in a Group.

There are a number of criteria available for rules.

For example:

• Member has a points balance of a specific threshold
• Member has purchased a certain number of items
• Member has purchased over a certain amount
• Member attended a specific session
