Transfer statuses

In Cross-site stock transfer (Head Office > Stock management), the Transfer status indicates whether the transfer requires action from Head Office.

• HO Action Required: Head Office must approve or reject the stock transfer.
• HO Review Required: Head Office must choose to waste or return the stock. The difference between the actual and expected stock amount received will either be wasted or returned.
• In Transit: The stock is in the process of being transported to the receiver site.
• Completed: The stock transfer is complete. This means the transfer has been approved, or rejected and closed.
