If a ticket type is used for a Loyalty membership program or as a voucher, configure these details in the Voucher tab when creating a ticket type.

Steps

1. If the ticket is associated with a member card, select Reusable or Member style ticket.
2. If the ticket should be validated with the OVV connector, select Validate Online, and configure any relevant settings below this.
3. If POS should check for a unique barcode, select Enforce Unique Barcode in Order.
4. If POS should check that the voucher has not been sold previously, select Check Voucher has been Sold.
5. If POS should check the expiry date for the voucher, select Check for Expiry Date.
6. If you want the voucher to have a variable barcode length while still requiring the barcode to be entered to be redeemed, select Force Use of Barcode.
