These common alert settings can be edited for each enabled alert in Head Office or Cinema Manager maintenance under Alert Options. This allows the priority, description, timing, and response required for each alert to be customised for head office.
In addition to these common settings, some individual alerts have other settings that also need to be configured. To configure these other settings, refer to each required alert under Alert descriptions.
