The Ticket Type for which the voucher codes will be generated.

Ticket Type Barcode

1–30 characters

The barcode of the selected Ticket Type. This field will automatically be filled with the first value in the Barcode field on the Vouchers tab of the Ticket Type's maintenance form.

Include Checksum

If the checkbox is selected, the CheckSum code will be included in the voucher barcode; if the checkbox is cleared it will not.

HeadOffice and Cinemas will need to be configured with matching CheckSum Formula Methods.

Unique Serial Numbers

If the checkbox is selected, the serial numbers generated will be sequential and unique.

If the checkbox is cleared, the starting serial number and ending serial number will be the same and the checksum will be the same on each barcode.

Start of Serial Number Range

The starting serial number for the generated vouchers.

Number of Vouchers

The number of vouchers to be generated.

End of Serial Number Range

The ending serial number for the generated vouchers. This field is automatically calculated and cannot be edited.

If the Unique Serial Numbers checkbox is selected, this field will be calculated as the Start of Serial Number Range plus the Number of Vouchers.

If the Unique Serial Numbers checkbox is cleared, this field will be the same as the Start of Serial Number Range, regardless of the Number of Vouchers.

Expiry Date

MM/YYYY

The expiry date of the generated vouchers. If the fields are left blank, the vouchers will not The number of vouchers to be generated.have an expiry date.

Print Date

Any date, in your computer's local date format

The date on which the generated vouchers are printed. If the field is left blank, the vouchers will not have a print date.

Number of Vouchers Per Page

Any number

The number of vouchers to be printed on each page. This can be determined by the VouchGenPerPrintPage system setting.

Number of Pages Per Ream

Any number

The number of pages to be printed for each ream. This can be determined by the VouchGenPerPrintReam system setting.

Save As

Any file directory

The file name that the output text file will be saved as.
