Any available task

From the dropdown menu, select the required extraction or report task to perform a Custom Run, set up a task schedule using the Scheduling Wizard, or enable or disable the task.

Custom Run

Custom Run allows an extraction task to be run for a specific time period and date.

Scheduling Wizard

The Scheduling Wizard allows extraction and report tasks to be configured to run according to a specific schedule. Select the task you wish to schedule from the dropdown menu. If an export or extract task is selected, clicking Scheduling Wizard opens the Task Scheduling Wizard. If a Report task is selected, clicking Scheduling Wizard opens the Report Scheduling Wizard.

Report and Export/Extract tasks that have been set up to run on a schedule can be turned on and off. Select the relevant task and click Task Enabled/Disabled to disable or enable it.

Configuration

Some tasks in Task Manager require further configuration to run. When such a task is selected in the dropdown menu, Configuration appears in the Home ribbon to allow the task to be customised.

Deliver Electronic Box Office Return

Daily for the previous business day

Weekly for the previous business week

This field determines whether the Box Office Returns Custom Export task is run for a business day or a business week. Select the option for day or week from the dropdown menu.

Date

Any date

To request an extract for a single day, select the required date.

To request an extract for a business week, select a date that falls inside the required week.

If box office returns for the selected business day or business week have not been completed, the export task runs for the most recent completed day or week.
