File Delivery Monitor form – Help Centre

You can view and alter your File Delivery Monitor entries for data transfer between Cinema and Head Office. This is useful for sending custom extracts to Film Distributors, integrating with third party databases, or sending files where there may be connectivity issues.

Option	Allowed Values	Description
Description	1–50 characters	Any unique description to specify the file transfer.
Directory Path	Any valid filepath	Determines the directory that the file will be sourced from.
Transport Type	FTP FTPS SFTP EMAIL FILE COPY	Determines the method of file delivery.
Endpoint	Any valid destination path	Determines the destination directory that the file will transfer to.
UserName	1–50 characters	Determines the client username.
Password	Any valid password	Required for FTPS. A password is also required for SFTP when an SFTP Key Filepath is not supplied.
Enabled	Cleared Selected	Determines whether each file transfer is active when the task scheduler is run.
Email Subject	1–200 characters	Determines the subject of the email. Note: This is only required when the transport type is set to Email.
Email Body	1–500 characters	Determines the text in the body of the email. Note: This is only required when the transport type is set to Email.
