How do I view my scheduled updates' details?
Click an update's name to view the ticket types, price cards, and sales channels it will update.
How do I search for a particular update?
You can filter which updates you see, and search for a particular update, by using the search bars at the top of each column.
How many ticket types can I select?
There's no limit to how many ticket types you can select. Select as many as you need.
How do I search for tickets?
Use the search bars at the top of each column to search for tickets and filter which tickets you see.
How do I search for price cards?
Use the search bars at the top of each column to search for price cards and filter which price cards you see.
How are the sales channels updated?
The Update sales channels - price cards task will update the sales channels. When the task runs, it clears the ticket types' sales channels (on the selected price cards), then replaces them with the ones you select on this page. If a ticket type needs a particular sales channel, make sure to select it.
How can I review a scheduled update's details?
Select a scheduled update to review its details or delete the scheduled update.
