Film

Select the Film for which you wish to view Contracts.

Films

Click to open the Film maintenance form for the selected Film.

Film Hire Summary

Click to display a summary of Contract information for the selected Film on a week-by-week basis and the calculated film hire amounts.

The Options ribbon tab will be available to hide/show columns in the table.

Contracts

Clicking to display the Contracts for the selected Film.

Each contract can be expanded to display the Cinemas and Screens that the contract applies to. Columns can be added or removed to alter this view.

The Contracts ribbon tab will be available to Edit/Delete/create New contracts, to add Cinemas/Cinema Groups/Circuits to the contract, and to hide/show columns in the table.

Contracts By Cinema

Click to display the Contracts for the selected Film., grouped by each Cinema.

The Contracts ribbon tab will be available to Edit/Delete/create New contracts, to add Cinemas/Cinema Groups/Circuits to the contract, and to hide/show columns in the table.

Film Hire Calculation

Click to open the Film Hire Payments application.

Distribution Terms

Click to open the Distribution Term maintenance form for the Distribution Term used by the selected Contract.

Contract Import Wizard

Click to run the Contract Import Wizard.

New

Click to open the Film Hire Contract Maintenance form to create a new Contract.

Edit

Click to open the Film Hire Contract Maintenance form to edit the selected Contract.

Delete

Click to delete the selected Contract.

Adjust Contract

Add Cinema

Click to select a Cinema to add to the selected Contract.

Note: This option is only available when in Contracts view mode, and not Contracts By Cinema.

Add Cinema Group

Click to select a Cinema Group to add to the selected Contract.

Note: This option is only available when in Contracts view mode, and not Contracts By Cinema.

Add Cinema Circuit

Click to select a Circuit to add to the selected Contract.

Note: This option is only available when in Contracts view mode, and not Contracts By Cinema.

Display

Click the dropdown to list the columns that can be displayed in the table. Select or clear the corresponding checkbox to toggle whether or not a column is displayed.
