Forecast

Defines the type of budget created:

Budget - represents the financial goals for the Cinema for the year.

Forecast - estimated financial figures for the Cinema for the year.

Total For Year

Any number

This displays budget or forecast totals for the financial year. Five totaled figures are shown and each corresponds to the column in the grid below each figure.

Date

Any date, in your computer's local date format

The date of the Business Period for which the budget begins. This is usually the first Business Period for the specified Financial Year.

Admits

Any number

The number of tickets budgeted or forecast by the Cinema for the Business Period.

BO Revenue

Any number

The amount of Box Office revenue budgeted or forecasted by the Cinema for the Business Period.

If the BudgetEntryMode system setting is configured as Box Office and Concessions Revenue, this field will be available for user data entry. If the system setting is configured as ATP and CPP, the this field will be calculated automatically as BO Revenue = Admits x ATP.

Conc Revenue

Any number

The amount of Concessions revenue budgeted or forecasted by the Cinema for the Business Period.

If the BudgetEntryMode system setting is configured as Box Office and Concessions Revenue, this field will be available for user data entry. If the system setting is configured as ATP and CPP, the this field will be calculated automatically as Conc Revenue = Admits x CPP.

CPP

Any number

Cents Per Person. The amount budgeted or forecasted to be spent on concessions by each customer at the Cinema for the Business Period.

If the BudgetEntryMode system setting is configured as ATP and CPP, this field will be available for user data entry. If the system setting is configured as Box Office and Concessions Revenue, the this field will be calculated automatically as CPP = Conc Revenue / Admits.

ATP

Any number

The Average Ticket Price budgeted or forecasted by the Cinema for the Business Period.

If the BudgetEntryMode system setting is configured as ATP and CPP, this field will be available for user data entry. If the system setting is configured as Box Office and Concessions Revenue, the this field will be calculated automatically as ATP = BO Revenue / Admits.
