Use the Central licensing utility to renew your cinema license details in bulk. 

Before you begin

This process requires a CSV file containing new license keys. Contact your account manager to update your licences and obtain the required file.

Tip: You can run the Central licensing utility to check your license status, and take action before they expire. Optionally, download a list of current licence statuses by site.

Steps

1. At a head office workstation, go to the Vista Services site.
2. Download and run the Central licensing utility from the Software Downloads page.
3. (Optional) Download the file of current licence statuses by site.
4. Import the CSV file containing the new licence details.
5. Click Submit.

The utility lists the status of all licences once it has completed the update. Download the log file for additional information about these errors.
