Using a loyalty card to purchase tickets at POS

Once a loyalty card has been swiped, additional member-only tickets may be available on the Alternate Ticket screen. These tickets are usually discounted and only available for members, however, the discounted ticket may come at a cost of points.

To purchase an item with a loyalty card:

1. Tap More > Loyalty.
2. Swipe the Loyalty card.
   Alternatively, tap within the Card number field, enter the card number in the form that appears, and tap Enter.
3. Tap the Session button.
   The Loyalty ticket type attached to the Member's recognition is displayed at the top of the Alternate Ticket screen.
4. Select the ticket type required.
5. Click the Payment button to display the points balance.
6. Select the payment type to pay for the transaction.
7. Click Complete.

For example: A standard adult ticket is $11, the loyalty discounted price is $9, which incurs a cost of 1000 points. The message shown below will display asking for confirmation of the purchase of this ticket type. This points cost is displayed in the Alternate Ticket screen, the Payment screen and the Order Window.
