The first Loyalty card assigned to an order is the Primary Member, and by default is the card for all checks in the order.
A primary member must be assigned first before Additional Members can be assigned to particular checks.
- In POS, open the required check/order.
- Press Loyalty.
Note: Depending on the arrangement of the POS Button Layout, you may have to press More first to access the button. - Scan the Loyalty card to assign as the primary member.
The primary member receives points from any checks in the order that are not configured with a Loyalty card.
If you only assign a primary member, all points from all checks in the order are collected by that member.
Alternatively, you can assign an additional member to an individual check to replace the primary member for that check.
