The Loyalty card assigned to an order as the Primary Member can be cleared.
Before you begin
Set the Check Details button as Visible on the POS Button Layouts used by the relevant Workstations.
Steps
Note: If the primary member is removed, Recognitions redeemed cannot be refunded to their account.
- In POS, open a check from the required order. The check should have no additional member assigned.
- Press Check Details.
Note: Depending on the arrangement of the POS Button Layout, you may have to press More first to access the button.
- (Optional) You can also select the required check from the order on the Check Details screen.
- Press Clear Loyalty Card.
Note: This button is disabled if All checks are selected.
A prompt is displayed to confirm removing the primary member. - Press OK.
- If there are other checks in the order with Additional Members assigned, you must choose one of the additional members to become the new primary member.
