Viewing Loyalty details for checks at POS

The status bar at the bottom of the POS screen displays Loyalty details.

Different details are displayed in the Card No and Member fields depending on which check in the order is selected to view in the Order Window.

• If an individual check with an Additional Member assigned is selected, the card number and member name of the additional member are displayed.
• If an individual check with no additional member assigned is selected, the card number and member name of the Primary Member are displayed.
• If All checks is selected, and only one Loyalty card is assigned to the order, the card number and member name of the primary member are displayed.
• If All checks is selected, and multiple Loyalty cards are assigned to checks in the order, the Card No displays the number of cards assigned, and the Member displays the number of members assigned. For example: 2 Cards, 2 Members
