There are a number of ways items from a transaction can be refunded. Items for refunding include tickets and concessions. Items can be selected individually for refunding, that way the whole transaction does not need to be refunded.
A different payment type may be selected to make the refund to. Payment types available will depend on how the transaction was first paid for and the settings.
Refunding by entering a transaction number
- Tap More > Refund.
- Select Enter Transaction Number.
- If required, request Manager approval.
- Enter the transaction number and tap Enter.
- Select the tickets and concession items to be refunded. Selected tickets and items appear in red.
- Tap Complete.
Refunding by selecting a transaction
- Tap More > Refund.
- Tap Select Transaction.
- If required, request manager approval.
- Enter the transaction number.
- Select the items to be refunded.
- Tap Complete.
- In the Payment screen, tap Complete to finish the refund.
Refunding by selecting a user or workstation
- Tap More > Refund to display refund options.
- Tap Select User or the Select Workstation.
- Select the User or Workstation from the Refund list.
- Tap Select.
- Select the transaction you wish to refund from the transaction list.
- Tap Select.
- Select the items to be refunded from the transaction.
- Tap Complete to proceed to the Payment screen.
