Business Group records represent companies whose vouchers you accept.
The first business group in your system represent your own organisation. Additional business groups might include local news and culture magazines that include cut-out coupons for your cinemas or a joint venture company that creates its own vouchers for its employees or customers.
Business Groups appear in reports, so you can use them to analyse different kinds of voucher activity.
Manage your business groups by going to Vouchers & Gift Cards > Maintenance > Business Groups.
