A label to describe the batch of supplied cards.

For example: "Batch 555600–555700".

Stock Reference

A code appropriate to your stocktaking system, used to identify this batch of cards. For example, a stock number or serial number.

Batch Production Date

Any date

The business date on which the bulk issue batch was generated.

Card Batch to Issue From

Any configured Card Batch

Select an existing Card Batch configured as Use for Bulk Issue to generate cards from.

Prefix

A prefix that is added to the card numbers when the cards are added to Loyalty.

For example: ABC555600

The Prefix field is read only, and is automatically set to the value configured on the selected Card Batch.

Card Style

The style of card being entered into the system.

Start Card Number

The starting card number of the supplied cards.

End Card Number

The last card number of the supplied cards.

If the Number of Cards to issue is edited, the End Card Number is automatically recalculated as the Start Card Number plus the Number of Cards to issue.

Number of Cards to issue

The number of cards is automatically calculated based on the range between the Start Card Number and End Card Number.

If the Number of Cards to issue is edited manually, the End Card Number will be automatically recalculated.

Create cards and members

Replaces the Create Cards button with a Create Cards and Members button and makes the other settings in the section available. Clicking this button creates new membership records along with each card record.

Membership Name

The name to use for memberships created by clicking the Create Cards and Members button.

For example: "Pre-issued ABC Card".

All memberships created will have initially have the same name (which can be updated after the card has been issued).

Club

The club that memberships created by clicking the Create Cards and Members button will belong to.

Card Status

The member status with which the card will be created.

Membership Activated

Whether the card will be created in an active state (i.e. without requiring registration to be activated).

For example, you may choose this option for free cards that will be given away as part of a promotion and that will be able to be used immediately.

Expires

The date on which the cards will expire.

Pick-up Site

The site that the card will be issued from.

This setting can be used to identify the cards associated with a particular site, for the purposes of reporting, or for creating a recognition valid only for local cardholders.
