Name for batch

1–100 characters

The name of the Card Batch.

Stock Reference

1–100 characters

(Optional) A reference number for the physical card stock manufactured based on the batch.

Prefix

1–5 characters

The prefix for loyalty card numbers.

For example: A prefix ABC used with supplied cards numbered from 555600–555700 will create card numbers in the Loyalty system of the form ABC555600, ABC555601.

If the system setting UseRandomCardNumbers is set to No, the prefix can be up to 5 characters and must be all upper case alphabetic.

If the setting is set to Yes, the prefix must be exactly 4 numeric characters.

Low Card Number

1–100 characters

The first card number in the batch.

If the system setting UseRandomCardNumbers is set to Yes, the card number can be a maximum of 7 digits in length.

Left padding with zeroes will be added as required for shorter card numbers.

High Card Number

Any card number

The last card number in the batch.

If the system setting UseRandomCardNumbers is set to Yes, the card number can be a maximum of 7 digits in length.

Left padding with zeroes will be added as required for shorter card numbers.

Site

Any configured Site

(Optional) If the batch refers to cards all located at one Site, this can be configured here.

Card Style

Any configured Card Style

The Card Style used by the cards in the batch.

Use for Bulk Issue

If the checkbox is selected, the batch will be marked for use with Bulk Card generation. The Create Cards button below will become available.

If the checkbox is cleared, the batch will contain cards that are intended for one-by-one activation at POS.
