Add/Modify Card

Membership ID

This field is for display purposes only. Assign a card to a membership from the Add/Modify Members screen.

Membership Name

This field is for display purposes only. Assign a card to a membership from the Add/Modify Members screen.

Code

This field is not used.

Barcode

The bar code printed on the card. This option is used for cards that are scanned in a bar code reader, rather than swiped in a magnetic reader.

Card Number

The number used to identify the card in Loyalty.

Card Batch

The batch to which the card belongs.

Site Where Issued

The site at which the card was issued.

Note: Cards issued or replaced in Loyalty Admin won't have an issuing site.

Card Style

The style of card being entered into the system.

Card Status

The card's status.

Expires

The card's expiry date.

Pick-up Site

The site where a new member must pick up the card.

Also a Gift Card

If the checkbox is selected, the card is configured as a Loyalty-Integrated Gift Card.

If the setting AllowCreateCardOnActivate is enabled, this field will be automatically selected when a Loyalty-Integrated Gift Card is issued at POS.
