Location

Any configured Location

The Location at which you wish to search for unissued vouchers.

For example: If you are issuing vouchers from a specific location, such as a cinema complex, it may be appropriate to only search for vouchers that are located in that complex, not those in stock at other sites.

Note: By default this is the Location selected for the voucher on the Issue Client Vouchers screen, but this can be changed here. If the option (Any) is selected, all configured locations are searched.

Start Voucher Number

12 characters

The voucher barcode from which to begin the search. The lookup function searches for all unissued vouchers after the specified Start Voucher Number.

Vouchers that fall within the search range but have already been issued will not be displayed.

For example: If the barcode 10AGV0000001 is entered, the vouchers 10AGV0000100 to 10AGV0000155 may be returned as Unissued.

Note: The barcode entered must include the Code prefix, as displayed in the Voucher field.

Rows to Return

Any number

The maximum number of entries to return when searching for a voucher.

Reset

Resets the Non-Issued Voucher Lookup window to the default values.

Search

Searches for a voucher based on the specified criteria above.

Voucher Number

The barcode of the unissued voucher.

Location

n/a

The Location of the unissued voucher.

Select

Inserts the barcode of the selected unissued voucher into the Start Number field in the Issue Client Vouchers screen.

Exit

Cancels the search and returns to the Issue Client Vouchers screen.
