Location records represent places where vouchers and gift cards can be issued, redeemed, or stored. In most cases, locations are the cinemas of your organisation's circuit. You might also have a Location record for your head office.
Locations are used with client orders and in assigning limitations to voucher types. Vouchers and gift card stock can be transferred between locations.
Create and manage locations by going to Maintenance > Locations in Voucher Manager. There are two tabs in each Location record:
- Location: Contact details of the location.
- Validation: Settings for Online Voucher Validation (OVV) and to control how voucher data is stored.
