Timetables determine the specific times when customers can redeem vouchers. Create a timetable and apply it to a voucher type to determine when that voucher type can be used at the cinema.
Timetables are applied to Voucher Type records in Voucher Type maintenance in the Valid Redeem Type field on the Limitations tab.
Set up timetables using the Timetables maintenance form.

Business Day |
Any day of the week |
The day of the week on which you wish to control the times when vouchers are valid. By default one entry exists for each day of the week, but you can change the Business Day for an entry or create a new entry by clicking on the cell marked *. This can be used to have more specific control over valid times such as defining multiple valid times in a single day. Example: Vouchers are not available during peak hours, 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm each day. To achieve this, each day of the week requires a valid time entry from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. |
All Day |
cleared selected |
If the check box is selected, the voucher is valid all day on the corresponding business day. Note: If the checkbox is selected, the From and Until fields will not be available. |
