Valid Week Day/Times

Vouchers valid only on Tuesday nights, i.e. from 5pm
Vouchers valid only on weekends, i.e. all day Saturday and Sunday
Option | Allowed Values | Description |
Business Day |
Any day of the week |
The day of the week on which you wish to control the times when vouchers are valid. By default one entry exists for each day of the week, but you can change the Business Day for an entry or create a new entry by clicking on the cell marked *. This can be used to have more specific control over valid times such as defining multiple valid times in a single day. For example: Vouchers are not available during peak hours, 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. each day. To achieve this, each day of the week requires a valid time entry from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. |
All Day |
cleared selected |
If the checkbox is selected, the voucher will be valid all day on the corresponding Business Day; if it is cleared, the valid time for the corresponding Business day will be determined by the value in the From/Until fields. Note: If the checkbox is selected, the From and Until fields will not be available. |

Valid Date/Times
This setting is used to create a Timetable for vouchers that can be used only during a specific period defined by date and time. This can be used in a number of ways. For example:
Promotional vouchers valid only in March, i.e. valid from 01/03/2012 6:00am until 01/04/2012 6:00 a.m.
Special vouchers for a 3-day event, i.e. valid from 01/03/2012 6:00am until 04/03/2012 6:00 a.m.
