Manage voucher overrides in Cinema Manager or Voucher Manager (Maintenance > Voucher Overrides).
Note: Once a record has been created and saved, Edit Mode must be selected in order to edit any of the data on the maintenance form.
Option | Allowed values | Description |
Code | 1–3 characters | A unique code by which to identify the Voucher Override. Predefined Vista records begin with V. |
Name | 1–50 characters | The name of the Voucher Override. For example: Redeem Expired. |
Description | 1–255 characters | A description of the Voucher Override. For example: Expired. |
Message | 1–100 characters | The message displayed when the Voucher Override is performed. For example: Voucher redemption date has expired. |

Cleared Selected |
The checkbox indicates whether or not the record is a system entry. For predefined Vista records it is selected, and for custom user-defined records it is cleared. Note: This field can never be edited. |
