Voucher transfers

From Location

Any configured Location

The Location that the voucher stock will be transfered from.

To Location

Any configured Location

The Location that the voucher stock will be transfered to.

Transfer Date

Any date, in your computer's local date format

By default the Date field is automatically populated with the current date of your computer.

Transfer Status

n/a

The current status of the Voucher Transfer. There are two messages which may be displayed here:

Unconfirmed - indicates that the transfer has not yet been completed.

Confirmed - indicates that the transfer has been completed and delivery has been confirmed by the destination Location.

Voucher

Any configured Voucher Type

The Voucher Type to be included in the order. The items displayed correspond to the Code field of all configured Voucher Types.

Note: Multiple voucher types can be included in a single order by adding new lines to the table. Click the row marked with the * to add a new Voucher Type.

Quantity

Any number

The number of vouchers to be transferred.

Start No

Any Voucher number

The voucher number that will form the start of the range used by in the transfer.

End No

n/a

The voucher number that will form the end of the range used by in the transfer.

This will be automatically calculated based on the Start No and the Quantity.
