Use the Manual Transactions page to manually add a transaction to a specific membership ID. This is useful if a member has a transaction that wasn't recorded in the system for some reason (for example, if they forgot to scan their loyalty card).
Cinema

You can select one film to include in each manual transaction. If the transaction you're recording involved multiple films, you'll need to enter multiple manual transactions. If the films in the session aren't important (for example, they don't affect the customer's loyalty points) leave this option empty. |
Session Date |
Any date. |
You can include one session in each manual transaction. If the transaction you're recording involved multiple sessions, you'll need to enter multiple manual transactions. If the sessions in the transaction aren't important (for example, they don't affect the customer's loyalty points) leave this option empty. |
Session Time |
Any time in HH:MM AM/PM format. For example, 01:00 PM. |
