Suppress Number On Ticket |
cleared selected |
Prevents the Screen ID number from being printed on tickets. The Screen ID is a unique, automatically generated, number sequence that identifies each cinema screen. The Screen ID may correspond to the screen's name (for example, "Screen 4" may have a Screen ID of "4"), but this is not necessarily the case. As some cinemas no longer use traditional numbering, the screen's Name is usually a better identifier for the screen. For example, a cinema that refers to its IMAX screen (with Screen ID "10") simply as "IMAX" may choose to prevent the Screen ID from being printed on tickets using this option. Note: This option is only provided for backward compatibility with older versions of Vista software. In this version of Vista, screens are best identified on tickets by including the screen Name (which may include digits) in a Print Template. |
Ticket Message |
1–50 characters |
A message that will appear on tickets printed for sessions at this Screen. This can be configured on the Ticket Template. You may wish to use this field to list the tax number associated with this auditorium (if required by your country's tax laws), or to promote the auditorium's special features. For example: Dolby Digital, DTS, RealD Note: This field may also be configured in alternate languages. |
Attributes |
Any configured Attribute (cleared or selected) |
The Attributes possessed by the Screen. For example: Gold Class, Digital, 3D. Attributes can be configured to enforce matching between the screen and movie format when scheduling sessions, to prevent films being scheduled in screens that cannot play them. For example: Films with the Move Format Digital Cinemascope, requiring the attribute Digital cannot be scheduled in screens that do not have this attribute, i.e. screens that only have a 35mm projector. Note: Films may be configured with their own attributes, or they may inherit them from their Movie Format. Matching is only made between the Movie Format of the Film and the Attributes of the screen, and not directly between Attributes. |
