Confirming ticket number when logging into POS

If your organisation issues tickets with pre-printed numbers, a message may appear asking you to confirm the number printed on your ticket.

1. Check the number of the ticket in the printer, to make sure it matches the ticket number displayed on the POS screen.
2. If the numbers match, tap Yes.
3. If the number is wrong, tap No. Enter the correct ticket number using the on-screen keypad.
