If your organisation issues tickets with pre-printed numbers, a message may appear asking you to confirm the number printed on your ticket.
- Check the number of the ticket in the printer, to make sure it matches the ticket number displayed on the POS screen.
- If the numbers match, tap Yes.
- If the number is wrong, tap No. Enter the correct ticket number using the on-screen keypad.
