Save Member |
Saves the member's Loyalty club details. |
Member Summary |
Displays a summary of the member's transaction and points, and enables the member's points to be adjusted. |
Show Member Recognitions |
Displays the member's earned recognitions and the group the member is associated with. |
Sales Transactions |
Displays the transactions made by the member. |
Show Member Points |
Displays the member's balance type and the points earned. |
Redemption Transactions |
Displays the transactions made by the member when using redemptions to make a sales transaction. |
Process Payment |
Records manual payments received for a Loyalty membership. |
Show Member Points Expiry |
Displays expiry information for the member's earned points. |
Member Card |
Displays the member's membership ID and card number. Additional membership cards may be searched and associated with the member. |
Points Transactions |
Displays the transactions made by the member. |

Name |
The Title, First Name, Initial, and Last Name of the Loyalty member. |
Login |
The Username, Password, and Pin Number of the Loyalty member. |
Alternate Name |
The name of a parent or guardian whose child is a member of a Loyalty club. |
Club Details
This section contains information about the clubs the member belongs to.
Option | Description |
Club |
The club that the Loyalty member belongs to. |
Change Club |
Enables a member to be moved form their current club to an alternate club which they qualify for. Note: Changing a club removes the level, recognitions, transactions, points, and card associated with the membership. A new membership ID will be supplied. |
Member Created |
The date that the member joined the specified club. This information cannot be modified. |
Created on Sales Channel |
The sales channel used to create the member's Loyalty membership. |
Membership Level |
The Loyalty member's current membership level. |
Primary Card Number |
The Loyalty member's primary card number. If more than one card number is associated with the member record, the View More button is displayed next to the Primary Card Number. Clicking this button opens the Member Card window. |
External ID |
Identifies and tracks a member who had a membership with a previously used Loyalty system. |
National ID |
The member's national ID number. |
Membership Activated |
Determines if the Loyalty member's membership is activated. |
Follow Up Required |
Used by third parties to indicate that a member needs to be contacted. For example: to follow up on a complaint. |
Membership Number |
The member's membership number for the specified club. |
Copy Membership |
Copies the member to an additional club which they qualify for. |
Membership Expires |
The date the membership expires. |
Member Anniversary |
The date that the member joined the specified club. |
How Heard About |
Defines how the member heard about the Loyalty club. |
Site Where Issued |
The site at which the Member's latest card was issued. Note: Cards issued or replaced in Loyalty Admin won't have an issuing site. |
Pick Up Card From |
Determines the site where the member will collect their Loyalty card. |
Locked Out From Kiosk Until |
Determines the time period that the member will be unable to use the Kiosk after the member has entered their pin incorrectly a certain number of times. |
Unpaid Bookings Blocked Until |
Members can be blocked from making unpaid bookings online, due to a history of making unpaid bookings and not collecting them. If a member has been blocked, this read-only field indicates when the ban will be lifted. Note: This field is only visible if the unpaid-booking bans are enabled by configuring the setting TimeLimitForUncollectedBookings to a value greater than 0. |
Accept Terms and Conditions |
Confirms that the member has accepted the terms and conditions of the Loyalty club. |
Special Requirements |
Enable a member's personal preferences to be listed (such as: prefers aisle seats). |

Opens a pop-up window for maintaining linked Members. When a Member's address is updated, the linked Member's address will also be updated. Note: This button will only be visible if the system setting AllowLinkedMembers is set to Yes. |
