Determines how long amember may hold a membership package, before the package expires and they it must be renewed.

Activate Item

The item used at POS and Vista Web to sell the activation of the membership package.

Note: The same item cannot be used for both activation and renewal.

On Refund

Determines what happens when a membership is refunded.

Delete Member: deletes the member from the membership package.

Move to Membership Package: displays the current membership packages for the membership Club. A new membership may be selected. The patron's membership Renewal Period and Member Level is updated.

No Action: no action is taken; the membership isn't deleted.

Note: the refunded membership can only be moved to a different membership within the same club.
