Add/Modify Membership Package – Help Centre

Add or modify a membership package from Loyalty Admin > Members > Membership Packages.

Option	Allowed Values	Description
Name	1–50 characters	The name of the membership package.
Description	1–255 characters	A description of the membership package.
Active	cleared selected	Indicates whether or not the membership package is available for use.
Club	Any configured club	The club associated with the membership package.
Member Level	Any configured level	The level associated with the membership package.
Renewal Period	Any number	Determines how long amember may hold a membership package, before the package expires and they it must be renewed. For example: 6 months
Renewal Unit	day week month year	The calendar unit used to calculate the Renewal Period.
Activate Item	Any configured item	The item used at POS and Vista Web to sell the activation of the membership package. Note: The same item cannot be used for both activation and renewal.
On Refund	Delete Member Move to Membership Package No Action	Determines what happens when a membership is refunded. Delete Member: deletes the member from the membership package. Move to Membership Package: displays the current membership packages for the membership Club. A new membership may be selected. The guest's membership Renewal Period and Member Level is updated. No Action: no action is taken; the membership isn't deleted. Note: the refunded membership can only be moved to a different membership within the same club.
Renewal Item	Any configured item	The item used at POS and Vista Web to sell the renewal of the membership package. Note: The same item cannot be used for both activation and renewal.
