Concession items that need to be prepared in the kitchen must be configured in Cinema Manager, which ensures they're sent to the Kitchen Service and the relevant service area for preparation.

Steps

1. In Cinema Manager, go to Maintenance > Bulk Items and open an item record.
   

   Example: Beef Burger

2. On the main Item tab, select Requires Preparing.
3. On the Service Area tab, select the required Prepare Area.

   Example: Hot station

4. Press Save.
5. Repeat these steps for any other items you wish to configure for the kitchen service.
