The Box Office Price Manager form in Head Office lets you manage box office and ticket type data across multiple cinemas and cinema groups, and is found under Maintenance > Tickets > Price Manager.

Option | Description |
Cinemas | Linked information for Price Cards will only be displayed for the selected Cinema(s). |
Cinema Groups | Linked information for Price Cards will only be displayed for the selected Cinema Group(s). |
Include Unlinked Price Cards |
If the checkbox is selected, all Price Cards will be displayed along the top of the grid, even if they are not linked to cinemas. If the checkbox is cleared, only Price Cards with active links to cinemas will be displayed. |
Tickets
Option | Description |
Ticket Filter |
Enter a search term to display only Tickets Types whose name contains the search term. Example: Filtering by Loyalty may display only Ticket Types such as Loyalty Member, etc. |
Ticket Classes | Contains the Ticket Types that can be displayed on the left-hand side of the grid. Select or clear the checkbox to display or hide the corresponding Ticket Type. |
Data
Option | Description |
Refresh | Click to refresh the Box Office Price Manager application. When settings are changed, it is necessary to refresh the application to update the information displayed. |
Save | Click to save the information in the Box Office Price Manager application. |
Settings
To access these options, click the Settings tab on the toolbar.

Save |
Click to save the display settings of the Box Office Price Manager application. Note: This only saves layout and display settings, not the data edited or entered in the grid. To save the information in the grid, click the Save button in the Data section of the Home ribbon tab. |
Restore | Click to restore the previous display settings. |
Panels
The following options are located on the dockable panels that can be accessed on tabs at the bottom of the window, or arranged around the screen as required. To save the position of dockable panels, press Save on the Settings tab of the toolbar.
Package
Select a Package Ticket in the tickets table and select the Package tab to view details of the package. If the selected ticket is not a package, there will be no information displayed.

Ticket Type |

The number of the ticket included in the package. This information is read-only, and can only be edited in Ticket Type maintenance. |

Price From Ticket | Any Ticket Type included in the Price Card |
The Ticket Type will always have the same Price as the selected Ticket Type. Example: The Ticket Type Senior Citizen is always the same price as the Child Ticket Type. Child is selected as the Senior Citizen's Price From Ticket; when the Price of Child is edited, the Price of Senior Citizen will be automatically updated to reflect the change. The Price field of Senior Citizen is read only and cannot be edited directly. Note: This field is only editable on Standalone and Base Price Cards. Derived Price Cards inherit their settings of this field from their Base Price Card. |
Price Each | Any monetary value |
The price of each ticket when it is included in the package. Note: The price cannot be edited on Derived Price Cards as the price is inherited from the Base. Depending on the PriceModeTickets system setting, this may be a tax inclusive or exclusive value. |
Surcharge | The surcharge for each ticket included in the package. | This information is read-only, and can only be edited in Ticket Type maintenance. |
Adjustment |
Exempt from Adjustments Any number of the Ticket Price Adjustment configured for the Price Card (Group) |
The Total price of the package will be adjusted by the value of the selected Ticket Price Adjustment(s) for each ticket included in the package. Example: A standard Family Pass may include 2 x Adult at $12.00 each and 2 x Child tickets at $8.00 each, totalling $40.00. On a Derived Price Card for 3D sessions, selecting the 3D adjustment with a value of $2.00 for the Adult and Child tickets will add $8.00 (4 tickets), totalling $48.00. |
Total |
The total price for each ticket line in the package. This is calculated as: (Price Each + Adjustment(s)) x Qty in Package The total price of the package as a whole is the sum of the Totals for each ticket line. |

Sales Tax |
The Sales Tax assigned to the ticket type. This information is read-only, and can only be edited in Ticket Type maintenance. |

The ticket included in the Package. This information is read-only, and can only be edited in Ticket Type maintenance. |
