Use paperless ticketing to reduce waste and monitor customer journeys.
- Configure your Localisation setting
- In Cinema Manager go to Maintenance > Site > Location details > Date, time and currency format.
- In the Localisation field, select your country.
- Save
- Contact your Vista representative to perform the following actions:
- Set up Horizon producers to send living-ticket data.
- Enable journey features.
- Update the Kiosk.ini file.
- Customise the living-ticket components.
- Set up living tickets on a POS workstation.
- In Back Office, open the Workstations cabinet, and select your workstation.
- If your customer-facing displays are touch-enabled, your patrons can enter their own details at POS. To configure this, select Customer Monitor is Touch-Enabled on the Monitors tab in the Secondary Display section.
Note: If you don't select this option, you can still use the living ticket, but patrons must provide their contact details to the POS operator verbally.
- Under the Paperless Delivery Method section, select Email.
- Select Email to use as the Default delivery method at Kiosk.
- Save.
- (Optional) Set up living tickets on a kiosk.
- In Cinema Manager, open the Workstations cabinet, and select your workstation.
- Under the Paperless Delivery Method section, select Email.
- Select Email to use as the Default delivery method at Kiosk.
- Save.
- (Optional) Set up living tickets alongside contact tracing.
