If for any reason a moviegoer doesn't receive their living ticket, you can recover the order on POS and print off a physical copy of their ticket.
The easiest way to find a lost ticket depends on when it was sold and the sales channel it was sold through.
Finding tickets bought on the same day from POS
- On POS, go to More > Recent Orders.
- Use the column headers on the grid to filter the results.
Tip: The search fields allow you to search based on any part of a mobile number or email address. Make sure you find the correct order to avoid reprinting the wrong tickets!
- Select the moviegoer's lost order, and tap Reprint to print off a physical copy of the ticket.
Finding tickets bought on another day, or through another sales channel
- On POS, open the Alternate Ticket screen for the session the moviegoer has bought a ticket for.
- Tap Find Order to see recent orders for the session. If this screen has been secured, you need to enter a manager's credentials to continue.
Note: The Find Order button will only appear on the Alternate Tickets screen if it has been included in your POS Button Layout.
