Our Start my order functionality allows your patrons to notify you when to start preparing their food and beverage order. This can save time for both you and them, minimise queues, and enable social distance between staff and patrons.
If you want to enable Start my order in your patrons' living tickets, contact your Vista representative and let them know how long before a session's start time that you want the functionality to be enabled.
Note: If a patron tries to use Start my order before the functionality is enabled, a message will be displayed informing them when it will be available to use. The default is 60 minutes before the session start time.
