Ticket voucher refunds

POS Operators can refund a ticket voucher redemption, and print a replacement voucher on demand as part of the transaction.

Depending on your configuration, you can choose to issue a new voucher, or re-issue a voucher with the with the original voucher number. Replacement vouchers are printed with the original expiry date.

Scenarios where you might want to issue a ticket voucher refundL:

• Refunding a ticket voucher redemption as POS.
• Refunding a ticket voucher redemption with a surcharge.

Note: Only redeemed Ticket Type vouchers can be refunded or have replacement vouchers printed at POS. Replacement vouchers can only be printed at POS.
