The Display categories maintenance form in Head Office lets you assign items, venue facilities and staff skills to display categories such as 'AV' or 'Facility Hire'. These categories are shown on invoices and credit-notes, for more concise invoicing.
Note: Requires Group Sales.

Display Sequence |

Determines the order for Display Categories to be displayed on invoices. If two or more Display Categories have the same Display Sequence, they will be displayed in alphabetical order. |

Use the Items box to add Items to the Display Category. Note: Only Items that are available in Group Sales can be selected. |
