House cost exceptions form – Help Centre

The House cost exceptions maintenance form in Head Office lets you manage which distributors are exempt from standard house costs.

Option	Allowed Values	Description
Cinema	Any configured Cinema	Select the Cinema Screen for which you wish to configure House Cost Exceptions.
Available Distributors	Any configured Distributor	The Distributors that have not yet been, but can be added to the exceptions list for the selected Cinema Screen.
>		Click to add the selected Distributor to the exceptions list.
>>		Click to add all the Available Distributors to the exceptions list.
<<		Click to remove all Distributors from the exceptions list.
<		Click to remove the selected Distributor from the exceptions list.
Distributor Exceptions	Any configured Distributor	The Distributors that have already been added to the exceptions list for the selected Cinema Screen.
House Costs	Any monetary value	The specific House Costs for the corresponding Distributor in the selected Cinema Screen.
