Numero Extract — Head Office scheduled task – Help Centre

The Numero Extract scheduled task in Head Office passes box-office sales information to Numero. Numero provides aggregated box-office reporting for the film industry and media.

Behaviour

This task extracts your box-office sales data based on its parameters. The extract is then delivered using the delivery address and user credentials specified in the relevant parameters.

Parameters

Option	Allowed Values	Description
APP ID	VISTA VISTAHO	Use VISTA if you're performing a Numero extract at Cinema. Use VISTAHO if you're performing a Numero extract at Head Office.
Extract Date	Any date in YYYY-MM-DD format	Enter a date to extract a specific day's data.
User Name	Any valid user name	User name of the Numero account being used for the data transfer.
Password	Any valid password	Password of the Numero account being used for the data transfer.
Delivery Address	Any valid URL	The URL address of the server hosting the Numero web service. Example: https://console2.bonc.co/mapi/1/
Circuit Name	Any valid circuit name	The name of the parent cinema chain. This must be a name recognised by Numero.
Theatre ID	Any cinema code or codes, separated by a comma.	Enter a cinema code or codes to send data from those cinemas only. Leave this value blank to return data from all your cinemas. Tip: Open the Cinemas cabinet to find the cinema codes you need.
Film Identifier	VISTAFILMCODE VISTAHEADOFFICEFILMCODE GOVERNMENTCODE REPORTCODE1 REPORTCODE2 MACCSCODE	The film identification code used in the extract.
Days Previous to Extract	1–7	Data is included from this many days before the Extract Date, if one is entered. Example: An Extract Date of January 10th with a Days Previous to Extract of five will include data from January 5th to January 10th.
Log Extract Data	cleared selected	Determines whether a log of the extracted data is maintained. Note: If you set this parameter in Service Framework Manager, the values will be On or Off. If you set it in the Vista Schedule Console, this parameter has Y and N values.
IncludeRevenueNet	Cleared Selected	Determines whether net film revenue information is included in the extract output. Note: This parameter is only visible when running the task from Vista Schedule Console. When running task from Task Manager, you can select extract options using the Display field. Note: If you set this parameter in Service Framework Manager, the values will be On or Off. If you set it in the Vista Schedule Console, this parameter has Y and N values.
DisplaySalesChannels	Cleared Selected	Determines whether Sales Channel information is included in the extract output. Note: This parameter is only visible when running the task from Vista Schedule Console. When running task from Task Manager, you can select extract options using the Display field. Note: If you set this parameter in Service Framework Manager, the values will be On or Off. If you set it in the Vista Schedule Console, this parameter has Y and N values.
DisplayScreenNumbers	Cleared Selected	Determines whether Screen number and capacity information is included in the extract output. Note: This parameter is only visible when running the task from Vista Schedule Console. When running task from Task Manager, you can select extract options using the Display field. Note: If you set this parameter in Service Framework Manager, the values will be On or Off. If you set it in the Vista Schedule Console, this parameter has Y and N values.
DisplayShowTypes	Cleared Selected	Determines whether Show Type information is included in the extract output. Note: This parameter is only visible when running the task from Vista Schedule Console. DisplayTicketTypes	Cleared Selected	Determines whether Ticket Type information is included in the extract output. DisplayDuration	Cleared Selected	Determines whether film duration information is included in the extract output. Display Languages	Cleared Selected	Determines whether film language information is included in the extract output. Note: This parameter is only visible when running the task from Vista Schedule Console. When running task from Task Manager, you can select extract options using the Display field. Display Admits	Cleared Selected	Determines whether admit numbers are included in the extract output. Note: This parameter is only visible when running the task from Vista Schedule Console. If you set it in the Vista Schedule Console, this parameter has Y and N values.
Display Subtitles	Cleared Selected	Determines whether film subtitle information is included in the extract output. Note: This parameter is only visible when running the task from Vista Schedule Console. When running task from Task Manager, you can select extract options using the Display field. Note: If you set this parameter in Service Framework Manager, the values will be On or Off. If you set it in the Vista Schedule Console, this parameter has Y and N values.
Display Distributor	Cleared Selected	Determines whether distributor information is included in the extract output. Note: If you set this parameter in Service Framework Manager, the values will be On or Off. If you set it in the Vista Schedule Console, this parameter has Y and N values.
Use Attributes as Movie Format	cleared selected	Determines whether the the session attribute's Short Name (as defined in Attribute maintenance) is used as the Display Format in the extract. If more than one attribute is assigned to a session, the attributes are sorted alphabetically in a pipe delimited list. Note: Only attributes that have the Applications value Distributor Feeds in Attribute maintenance will be included in the extract.
Display Concession Sales	Y N	Determines whether concessions sales data is reported.
Display Member Sales	Y N	Determines whether box office and concession sales to Loyalty members are reported separately. Total box office and concession sales will be reported regardless of this parameters value.
